Made History in The Recently Concluded SIS e-Olympics
Written by Ms Wilma Vina Luz De Leon.

April 24, 2021 marked a historic date for our humble school.
SIS e-Olympics was a gathering of all students, teachers, staff and parents of all the SIS Schools in Indonesia and abroad. What made it historic, was that it was virtual!
Over 50 events or competitions were held, to ensure many will be able to join and showcase the various skills and talents of all SIS Schools’ students. There was so much excitement! Every school was vying for their participants. Can you believe, competitions were held online? It was tough, but organizers were able to pull it off, with flying colours.
What was amazing was that our ‘little, big school’ brought home the prizes for 8 events, as follows:
| Event | Name of Winner |
| Rolled Socks Throwing Accuracy | Peter Lionel Wahono (P4) |
| Jump Rope Challenge | Kim Minjin (P5) |
| Fitness Challenge | Aishani Ayyamperumal (P4) |
| Fitness Challenge | Sun Martin Matthew Robin(P6) |
| Storytelling | Vanya (P1) |
| Hope-til-U Drop Challenge | Aishani Ayyamperumal (P4) |
| Choir | Primary 4 – Primary 6 |
| Cake Design Competition Parents & Teacher Category |
Fanny Dessi Irawati |
| Governor’s PACE Awardee | Valerie Queenetta Abadi (P3) |
The most prestigious award for this event is the Governor’s PACE Award, which was given to our very own, Primary 3 student, Valerie Queenetta Abadi.

It was truly an awesome experience.
Our school may be small, but we produce achievers. From the line of our school theme song, “we stoke the fire”. We at SIS Cilegon do not just stoke the fire… we ignite and inspire something in our students for them to aspire and aim for excellence!
We are so proud of our school and we continually cheer…
SIS CILEGON…GO! GO! GO!
