Another proud milestone for SIS Palembang was marked on the 3rd and 4th of September 2025 as we welcomed officials from the Ministry of Education for their Monitoring and Evaluation (MONEV) visit. The review covered our Preschool, Primary, and Middle School programs, ensuring that our school continues to meet the standards set for SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama) schools in Indonesia. We are delighted to share that the sessions went smoothly, with SIS Palembang meeting most of the requirements while also receiving valuable insights to guide our continued growth.

The two-day program featured meaningful interactions, including in-depth discussions with school leaders, meetings with parents, and direct student interviews. These sessions not only gave our visitors a clear picture of our daily practices but also highlighted the strong partnership between our school and our parent community. We are deeply grateful to our parents for their consistent support and to our students and teachers for embodying the spirit of SIS Palembang every day.

This visit reaffirms that SIS Palembang is on the right path, delivering an education that is fully aligned with government requirements while also upholding the rigorous expectations of the Cambridge International Curriculum. This dual alignment is central to our mission: to provide students with a globally recognised education that is also compliant with national regulations. It is this balance that ensures our students are well-prepared for both local and international opportunities.

The MONEV visit is also an important part of our quality control framework.
