Recently, our Lower Primary students of the SIS GATEWAY Program, Ben and Rex, showcased their science project from home, showing that meaningful learning goes far beyond the screen.
Online Science Project at Home: Learning Beyond the Screen
As part of their science module in the SIS GATEWAY online learning program, Ben and Rex created a detailed 3D model of the human body. With carefully labeled parts, the model helped them understand how major organs and systems work together in harmony.
They also designed a Healthy Habit Chart, tracking daily routines such as sleep, exercise, hydration, and nutritious meals. This hands-on activity helped them explore the connection between daily choices and long-term well-being.
What students learned from this project:
